This option is perfect whether you are nervous to exercise and need continuous support or if you are advanced but seek further challenge and accountability. No matter your goals, I will be able to customize a plan for you and we will have weekly check ins to alter anything necessary as well as review and update goals including body composition, workout frequency, specific exercises and so much more!

My name is Meghan Duzy and I am a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer who is motivated and eager to help women of all fitness levels reach their goals. My inspiration comes from a desire to work in women’s health as a health care provider. While working as an EMT, I realized how undervalued exercise is to modern medicine in the prevention of common diseases such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and osteoporosis. I hope to advance the importance of taking control of our health so we can all live long and enjoyable lives not having to worry about movement or health restrictions.
